PropertyTrack is a real estate transaction management platform exclusively for licensed real estate professionals. Our service provides tools for:

• Transaction timeline tracking
• Automated reminder scheduling
• Document storage and management
• Party communication coordination
• Contract scanning and data extraction

IMPORTANT: PropertyTrack is an organizational tool only and does not replace professional judgment, legal advice, or independent verification of transaction details.

PropertyTrack is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness
• Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service
• Warranties of data security or backup integrity

PropertyTrack is exclusively for licensed real estate professionals. By using our service, you represent and warrant that:

• You hold a valid, active real estate license
• Your license information provided is accurate and current
• You will notify us immediately of any license status changes
• You will use the service only for legitimate real estate business purposes

While we implement reasonable security measures, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining secure passwords and account access
• Creating and maintaining your own data backups
• Ensuring compliance with privacy laws regarding client data
• Understanding our document deletion policies

Documents are automatically deleted 7 days after transaction closure. You must download and save copies before this deadline.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PropertyTrack, easyctc.com, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your real estate transactions and business activities
• Any data you upload or share through the service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be immediately revoked
• You have 7 days to export your data
• All data will be permanently deleted after the retention period
• No refunds will be provided for unused service periods

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
